Longtime Pinellas commissioner John Morroni dies

CLEARWATER (FOX 13) - Longtime Pinellas county commissioner John Morroni has passed away after a long battle with cancer.
He served on the Pinellas commission for 18 years.
This morning, St. Pete Mayor Rick Kriseman tweeted about his passing. He said Commissioner Morroni fought valiantly for years while serving the community he loved.
John Morroni was 63 years old.
