TPD arrests security guard for shooting at people

Tampa Police say they have arrested a security guard working for a private company after he confronted people urinating in a parking garage at 2010 13th St.

According to police, Everoy R. Farqharson, 31 was working for Iron Eagle Security when he confronted the victims, boxed in their car with his golf cart, pushed one of the victims and then knocked the phone from another victim's hand as they were recording the incident.  

Police say, Farqharson then shot at the victims as they fled.  Police arrested Farqharson who they say also illegally entered the victim's car and removed shell casings from the area resulting in further  charges.The security guard is now facing charges that include, aggravated assault with a firearm, battery and  tampering with evidence.
