TAMPA (FOX 13) - Charley spent his Tuesday morning at The Florida Aquarium to talk about this year's Guppyween (and to play with some penguins).
The family-friendly Halloween event takes place this weekend, October 29 & 30. The aquarium invites kids to come in their best costume for some trick-or-treating among its 20,000 sea creatures.
