Polk County Youth Fair celebrates Florida agriculture

BARTOW (FOX 13) - The Polk County Youth Fair is underway for 2018.

This is the Fair the way Fairs were meant to be, celebrating agriculture in the state of Florida, says FOX 13 Feature Reporter Charley Belcher.

It’s a time when students compete for blue ribbons, animals take center stage and there’s plenty of good food and fun.
