1-year-old killed in accident, 4 others injured
RUSKIN (FOX 13) - The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is investigating an accident that killed a one-year-old and sent the rest of the child's family to the hospital.
Deputies responded to several 911 calls just after 6:30 p.m. Sunday evening alerting them to an overturned vehicle in a ditch near the 3100 block of Double D Ranch Trail in Ruskin.
Emergency crews found five victims in total. The mother, father, and their two children were rushed to a local hospital. Their third child, Christopher Garcia, died at the scene.
