2 arrested in accidental shooting at drive-thru convenience store: ZPD
ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. - Two men face criminal charges days after an accidental shooting at a drive-thru convenience store left a person hurt, the Zephyrhills Police Dept. said Tuesday.
The shooting happened shortly before 11 a.m. last Friday at the In & Out Drive Thru off Gall Blvd.

According to ZPD, four people were inside a vehicle when someone in the backseat mistakenly fired a shot, hitting the front passenger, who is expected to survive.
Investigators later arrested Angel Rodriguez, 19, and Jonathan Rivera, 20.

Rodriguez faces charges of carrying a concealed firearm, culpable negligence and improper exhibition of a firearm.
Rivera faces charges of tampering with evidence and carrying a concealed firearm.
