NICEVILLE, Fla. - Eglin Air Force Base representatives are cleaning up a residential neighborhood after it says a 300-gallon fuel tank fell from an F-16 fighter jet on Wednesday.
According to the Air Force Base, the fuel tank of a 96th Test Wing F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft plummeted around 11 a.m.
It landed in a residential area of Niceville, which is near Eglin Air Force Base.

Eglin officials say nobody was killed or injured in the accident, adding that there have been no initial reports of property damage.
The Air Force Base says it is cleaning up the area and taking measures to remove the fuel tank safely.
