CLEARWATER (FOX 13) - An Aldi grocery store was evacuated Wednesday afternoon after a pressure cooker was found in the parking lot, deputies say. The object was later determined not to be a threat.
Pinellas County deputies said the object was a metal pressure cooker with a hat on top it, left outside the store at 24756 U.S. Highway 19 North in Clearwater.
No threats were made, deputies say, but the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Bomb Squad was called to the scene.
The all-clear was given about an hour later. It's unclear who left the pot outside of the store.
