Apple launched an app that offers a new way for consumers to create and share invites.
What is Apple Invites?
Apple Invites is an app for your iPhone that helps users to create custom invitations to gather friends and family for any occasion. Once these invitations are produced, users easily share invitations, RSVP, contribute to Shared Albums, and engage with Apple Music playlists, according to an Apple release.
What they're saying:
"With Apple Invites, an event comes to life from the moment the invitation is created, and users can share lasting memories even after they get together," said Brent Chiu-Watson, Apple’s senior director of Worldwide Product Marketing for Apps and iCloud.

How does Apple Invites work?
If you want to create an invite, you must choose an image from your photo library or from the Apple app’s gallery of backgrounds. According to Apple, integrations with maps and weather give guests directions to the event and the forecast for that day.
Photos and videos can be added to a shared album in each invite to capture the memories and relive the event. And Apple Music subscribers can create music that guests can access from the Apple Invites app.

Apple noted that hosts have complete control of their invite experience because they can view and manage their events, share invitations with a link, review RSVPs, and choose the details they want in their preview, including the event background or a home address.
Separately, guests can look at and respond to an invitation using Apple Invite or online without needing an iCloud+ subscription or an Apple Account. Attendees can control how their information appears to others and can leave or report an event at any time.
Where can I download Apple Invites?
