Avon Park Air Force Range warns of increased noise from training exercises

AVON PARK, Fla. (FOX 13) - Neighbors of the Avon Park Air Force Range may hear more noise in the coming weeks.

The military training site posted a fair warning on its Facebook page writing, “The Bombing Range is hosting a large force exercise for the next two weeks. You can expect increased activity day and night.”

The Avon Park Air Force Range is located near the Highlands-Polk County line.
