Bond set for man accused of filming minor using the bathroom at Busch Gardens

A judge set bond for a Tampa man accused of recording a minor who was using the bathroom at Busch Gardens, according to the Tampa Police Department.

George Graham, 42, is charged with one count of digital voyeurism. Hillsborough County Judge J. Logan Murphy set bond at $25,000 during a Friday court hearing.

According to Tampa police, two minors went into a bathroom at the theme park when one of them saw the suspect recording the other from above the next stall. It happened on New Year's Day.

The minor who saw it happen immediately told an adult, who reported it to an off-duty Tampa police officer, who was working at Busch Gardens.

According to 2019 court records, a victim accused Graham of inappropriately recording video inside a bathroom at the AMC Veterans 24 movie theater on Anderson Road in Hillsborough County. Court documents show the victim saw a cellphone "from under the stall, pointing directly up" and "moving and adjusting." The victim waited for the suspect to come out, confronted him, and took down his license plate. Graham, who was 36-years-old at the time, was arrested and charged with video voyeurism. That charge was eventually pleaded down to trespassing, not voyeurism, according to court records. Graham was given a fine and probation.

As for his 2025 case, Graham’s public defender told FOX 13 Friday they won’t be issuing a comment at this time.

Busch Gardens issued the following statement:

"The safety of our guests is a top priority. Our security team in coordination with the Tampa Police Department took immediate action to apprehend this individual and remove him from the park. He was arrested for his actions as well as trespassed from the park."
