Child injured in Tampa bus crash, police say

TAMPA, Fla. - A Tampa school bus crash that sent one child to the hospital on Monday morning is under investigation. 

According to the Tampa Police Department, a bus and another vehicle were involved in a collision shortly after 7 a.m. at the intersection of Rome Ave. and Columbus Dr. 

One child on the bus was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries. 

No other information about the crash has been released.
