The victims
Everly Livingston
Dig deeper:
Everly Livingston, 14, is among the dead despite having so much to live for.
"My goals are to actually be a part of Team USA and travel around the world," Livingston told a Fox 5 DC crew in November 2023.
As Livingston told the reporting crew, her skates had already taken her around the country.
A video posted by US Figure Skating last November shows Livingston in her element.
"She seems to skate effortlessly without having to think," said Oldsmar Skating Coach Sarah Fuller.
Fuller says it was a sleepless night for figure skaters all over Tampa Bay, as word leaked that more than ten people on board were traveling from a figure skating development camp in Wichita.

"It was the best of the best that were there," Fuller said of the camp. "And it was a really wonderful opportunity that they were given. And it's sad that that's the last moment they had."
Inna Volyanskaya
Inna Volyanskaya, Livingston's coach, also appeared on Good Day DC.

Wesley Chapel hockey coach Serguei Kouznetsov knew Volyanskaya as a fellow immigrant from the Soviet Union.
"Very good people, very driven, focused on the particular task of figure skating, and completely dedicated," Kouznetsov said. "(She was at the) rink all day. Nothing else mattered."
Kouznetsov was also friends with former world champions Evgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov, who were also on the flight.

"Both the parents are gone, and the son of Max has just lost both of his parents," Kouznetsov said. "At 23 years old."
Jinna Han
Some of those lost, like Jinna Han, could have been destined for the Olympics.

"I always think a younger person passing is harder because you think about all the life they could have lived," said Fuller.
Everly was with her 11-year-old sister on the plane, Alydia, when the crash happened.
Jinna was with her mother when the crash happened.
Other victims
Another young skater named Spencer was also traveling with her mother.
