Deadly pedestrian crash closes lanes in Gibsonton
GIBSONTON, Fla. - Parts of Gibsonton Drive are closed following a fatal pedestrian crash, according to Hillsborough County deputies.
Eastbound lanes are shut down near Gloria Street. Deputies said a pedestrian was hit and killed and no one is facing charges at this time.
The pedestrian has not been identified.
The events leading up to the crash remain under investigation.
