Hit-and-run crash kills motorcyclist, Hillsborough deputies searching for driver
GIBSONTON, Fla. - The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is asking for help tracking down a driver who took off after being involved in a crash that killed a motorcyclist on Wednesday night.
The crash happened around 7:30 p.m. at Symmes Rd. and Southwind Lake Dr. in Gibsonton, investigators said.
HCSO said the man riding the motorcycle was rushed to the hospital, but did not survive. His name has not been released.

No description of the vehicle or the person who drove away has been released as of Thursday morning.
