How cold will it get? Arctic air arrives in Florida

The Tampa Bay area is feeling the cold as a blast of arctic air brings lower temperatures to Florida.

FOX 13 meteorologists say the front is still moving south on Tuesday, which will drop temps further and keep them low throughout the day.

It will be another cold and crisp morning on Wednesday, according to Mills, with most areas waking up to lows in the 30s or lower 40s.

"We're talking low 30s, right around the freezing mark, for areas north of the bay," Mills said, adding that the wind chill will be even lower.

Wednesday afternoon should be slightly warmer, but still cool, with highs reaching the 60s in many spots.
