Impaired wrong-way driver arrested after crash in Plant City: FHP
PLANT CITY, Fla. - An impaired wrong-way driver was arrested Wednesday morning after a crash on SR-39 in Plant City, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Investigators say that 45-year-old Flor Tulia Perez Roblero was heading south in the northbound lane when her Dodge Grand Caravan struck a Kia Sorento, driven by a 68-year-old Zephyrhills woman.

It happened just north of Knights Griffin Rd. as SR-39 transitions to a divided highway.
The two vehicles nearly collided head-on, and both drivers were transported to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators later determined that Perez Roblero did not have a driver's license, and she was given a breathalyzer test.

FHP says her alcohol level was 0.108, and she was later arrested and booked in the Hillsborough County Jail.
