King Arthur, the alligator, makes an appearance in South Carolina

Jessica Miller, head naturalist at Fripp Island Activity Center, captured video of an almost 11-foot alligator strolling the streets of South Carolina.

The video was captured on November 7 in Fripp Island. The reptile, affectionately known as King Arthur, was walking on Ocean Creek Boulevard and was likely looking for the spot to spend the winter, according to representatives of the Fripp Island Activity Center.

The gator can be seen wearing a satellite transmitter that was placed on him back in April by the Clemson University alligator researchers team, according to The Charlotte Observer
