Little boy is cutest yellow school bus for Halloween

PROSPECT, Ohio - A little boy in Prospect, Ohio has transformed into the most adorable school bus for Halloween. 

Five-year-old Blake Mompher has spina bifida, which is a condition that effects the spine at birth. 

His grandfather made him a costume that incorporates his wheelchair perfectly: a tiny, adorable yellow school bus. 

In a video posted by Blake's mom, Megan, he is seen cruising along the road in his costume which says "Blake county Schools" on the side.
