Man caught filming minor in Busch Gardens bathroom stall: Police

TAMPA, Fla. - A man was arrested on Wednesday after he was caught recording a minor who was using the bathroom at Busch Gardens, according to the Tampa Police Department.

Officers said George Graham, 42, was taken into custody after the incident and arrested on one count of digital voyeurism.

According to Tampa police, two minors went into a bathroom at the theme park when one of them saw the 42-year-old suspect recording the other from above the next stall.

The minor who saw it happen immediately told an adult, who reported it to an off-duty Tampa police officer, who was working an extra duty at Busch Gardens.

Busch Gardens issued the following statement:

"The safety of our guests is a top priority. Our security team in coordination with the Tampa Police Department took immediate action to apprehend this individual and remove him from the park. He was arrested for his actions as well as trespassed from the park."
