TAMPA (FOX 13) - To be quite frank, the exact date of the creation of hot dog appears fuzzy, but Wednesday, July 19 is technically National Hot Dog Day!
Fun fact: it’s believed the first “frankfurter” was developed in Germany in 1487, according to the National Hot Dog and Sausage Council.
