Pamela Bach cause of death revealed: Reports

The cause of death for actor and ex-wife of David Hasselhoff Pamela Bach has been revealed. 

According to the Los Angeles County death certificate obtained by TMZ, Bach died by a self-inflicated gunshot wound to the head using a revolver on March 5. She was 62 years old.

Law enforcement sources told the entertainment news outlet that at the time family members hadn’t heard from her, so they went to check on her at her house, and that’s where they found her.

Pamela was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. She has since been cremated, according to her death certificate.

The backstory:

Also known as Pamela Hasselhoff, Bach was best known for her roles in "Baywatch" and "Sirens." Bach also starred in the motion picture "Castle Rock" in 2000. She was a guest star on multiple television projects throughout her career.

Bach and Hasselhoff were married in December 1989, and had two daughters, Taylor and Hayley. Hasselhoff filed for divorce in January 2006.

Bach is survived by her two daughters with David, and a granddaughter.
