Peeping Tom caught on camera peering into windows
FOX 13’s Ariel Plasencia reports on Tampa police searching for a man caught on camera peering into the windows of a South Tampa home.
TAMPA, Fla. - Tampa police are searching for a man caught on camera peering into the windows of a South Tampa home.
It happened on Saturday, March 29 and Sunday, March 30, between midnight and 1 a.m. on both dates at a home near S. Lois Ave and W. San Miguel St.
Emma – who FOX 13 is only identifying by her first name – said she just installed new cameras at her house this past weekend after noticing lots of foot traffic and suspicious activity in her yard.
"And I was checking the camera, and he had just looked in my window, and then I was looking on the camera, and he was looking in my living room window," she said.

The suspect appeared to be a white man in his 30s-40s with a medium build and short hair.
What they're saying:
"He always wears a hat," Emma said of the suspect. "He seems to be in that tank top and shorts."
"He is determined to do whatever he's gonna do, but I'm just scared on what he's planning," she added.
"I definitely don't feel like I have any privacy in my own home, which is when I'm supposed to. And I'm doing the maximum amount to have that privacy, and it's still somehow getting invaded," Emma went on to say. "And it’s just unfair. I'm mad. I’m scared. I'm sad. I'm all of it."
