Police identify body found in water as missing Tampa man
TAMPA, Fla. - The Tampa Police Department identified a body pulled from the water earlier this week as that of a 23-year-old man who had been missing since December.
The backstory: Tampa police responded to reports of a body in the water off Chapin. St. shortly after 3 p.m. Monday.
Members of the dive team pulled the man's body out.

What we know: Investigators identified the man Wednesday as Armando Guzman-Ortiz, who lived nearby and was reported missing on Dec. 26.
TPD said foul play is not suspected in his death, but the exact circumstances remain under investigation.
