Police investigating deadly motorcycle crash
TAMPA (FOX 13) - Tampa Police are investigating a deadly crash on the Courtney Campbell Causeway.
It happened before 3:00 Sunday morning in the eastbound lanes. Officers say the driver of the motorcycle died at the scene and the driver of the car was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police closed the Causeway in both directions for the investigation - but all lanes reopened shortly before 8:00 a.m.
So far, police have not released the names of anyone involved. It's not clear whether charges will be filed.
