Police at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino are working to solve a brazen armed robbery that took place in their parking garage.

Investigators say it happened back on June 30 around 11 a.m.

Surveillance footage from the robbery shows a woman walking peacefully through a row of cars. She has her purse tucked under her right side, when suddenly a car pulls up and stops.

The driver gets out, approaches her and then in a flash- he pulls a gun from his waistband, grabs the woman, knocks her to the ground and takes off with her purse.

Detectives described the suspect as a 20 to 30-year-old black male between 5’8” and 5’10” with a thin build, short hair and a clean-shaven face.

He was last seen wearing a white, loose, long-sleeved button down shirt, dark dress pants and dark dress shoes.

They believe he was driving a charcoal Toyota Corolla LE, made between 2011 and 2013 with a Courtesy Toyota sticker on the back, left side of the car. It did not have a license plate.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $3,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in this case, and the casino is offering an additional $5,000. Detectives ask aanyone with information to nyone with information on this case 1-800-873-TIPS (8477).
