Scream-A-Geddon in Dade City packs frights for all thrill-seekers

Like to be scared? Enjoy a loud scream now and then? Scream-A-Geddon in Dade City has you covered.

Now in its fourth year, the haunted house complex offers scare seekers six different attractions in one location.

New to the line-up this year: Demon’s Revenge, Rage 3D, and Zombie Paintball Assault.

Demon’s Revenge is a more traditional haunted house taking its willing participants on a twisted path through the village of Avalon. A village some say is the epicenter of blood magic, witchcraft, and the occult.

Rage 3D, on the other hand, is an assault on the senses.

Those who choose this path must don 3D glasses and subject themselves to a world filled with blasting rave-like music, intense fog, paint that seems to jump off the wall, and a number of other mind-bending moments.

For those who would rather fight back against fright, there’s Zombie Paintball Assault.

Board a militarized school bus and head out into the former hayride trail. Zombies have taken over the town and it’s your job to clear them out.

Fitted with about two dozen paintball guns and a series of ultraviolet lights, every round fired at the walking dead glows in the dark through the air and on impact.

Blackpool Prison, Dead Woods, and Infected Ground Zero also return for the 2018 season with some giving the option of allowing the monsters that lurk to be “hands-on”.  Enter at your own risk.

Scream-A-Geddon is open seven days a week through November 3rd starting at 7:30 p.m. each day.
