Sebring mobile home destroyed after fire breaks out: HCFR

    • Highlands County Fire Rescue says they are investigating how a fire started Saturday morning at a mobile home in Sebring.
    • Fire crews say they were able to contain the fire, but it has since been determined to be a total loss.
    • The sole occupant of the home was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.

SEBRING, Fla. - Highlands County Fire Rescue says they are investigating how a fire started Saturday morning at a mobile home in Sebring.

Crews responded to the 1900 block of Brunns Rd. where they found the fire had spread throughout the mobile home.

Fire crews say they were able to contain the fire, but it has since been determined to be a total loss.

The sole occupant of the home was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
