Semi-truck crash closes part of I-275 in Tampa
TAMPA, Fla. - A traffic crash involving a semi-truck has closed two northbound lanes along Interstate 275 in Tampa, just south of Interstate 75.
There is no word yet on any injuries or when lanes will reopen. All northbound lanes were initially closed following the crash, but two have reopened.
Bruce B Downs Boulevard, U.S. Highway 41 or State Road 54 can be used as an alternate route.
The view from SkyFOX shows the front-end of a white van crushed against the semi's trailer.
The events leading up to the crash remain under investigation.
