Seminole man arrested on child pornography charges: Deputies
SEMINOLE, Fla. - A Seminole man was arrested on child pornography charges on Monday, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
Austin Steele, 36, was arrested for two counts of possessing child pornography and two counts of transmitting child pornography.
What we know:
Detectives with PCSO's Crimes Against Children Unit began investigating on August 15, 2024, when they received information that child pornography was being accessed and shared on the internet.

They said their investigation led them to identify Steele as the suspect.
The images that were found by investigators were of children between the ages of two and ten years old, according to the sheriff's office.
Steele was taken to the Pinellas County Jail. Officials said the investigation remains active.
