The FBI is asking for anyone who may have been victimized by the grandson of tennis icon Bobby Riggs to come forward after the tennis coach was accused of enticing a minor and producing child sex abuse material.

Daniel Riggs, 31, of Fort Lauderdale, was recently arrested in Broward County.

Riggs is accused of engaging in a sexual conversation via social media with a minor he was coaching, according to the United States Attorney’s Office.

The complaint states that Riggs is also accused of sexually abusing the minor while they traveled around the country and the world for tennis training and tournaments.

The USAO says the abuse took place in South Florida

In addition to physical abuse, Riggs is accused of requesting child sexual abuse material from the minor victim through a social media app.

To hide his identity, the USAO says Riggs created multiple anonymous profiles and at times advised the minor victim to delete their conversations.

Social media records show that there may be an additional victim.

Anyone with information relating to additional victims of child sexual exploitation or abuse by Riggs is encouraged to call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI.

A pretrial detention hearing is scheduled for Dec. 23 at 11 a.m.
