ST. PETERSBURG (FOX 13) - A family featured on reality television is moving to St. Petersburg. Dr. Jen Arnold’s family from the TLC show 'The Little Couple' is moving to St. Pete as she takes on a new position at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital.
The show tells the family's story -- how they overcome obstacles associated with dwarfism. For a lot of people, that's inspiring.
Dr. Arnold was actually born at a hospital in St. Petersburg and was transferred to All Children's neonatal intensive care unit as an infant.
She started at All Children's this month as a medical director. She'll oversee the simulation center, which trains staff and students in high-risk or emergency situations.
Before arriving in Florida, she worked a similar position at a children's hospital in Houston.
She and her husband, Bill Klein, have two children. The family’s move is heavily featured on the next season of 'The Little Couple,’ which will air in September.
