SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (STORYFUL) - An Uber driver took a wrong turn in San Francisco and ended up driving down a pedestrian stairway.
Local police tell KRON that it was a "freak accident." The driver was outside a Safeway supermarket in San Francisco’s Castro district on March 26 and obviously took a wrong turn.
A employee told local media that “a driver and two passengers were inside when it went down the stairs."
The driver, told local media that “Uber’s GPS app told him to go down the stairs.” The car was removed after about an hour and no injuries were reported.
