Cellphone video captured police arresting an unruly fan at a Miami Heat basketball game, only for officers and the fan to tumble down several rows of seats during the scuffle.

Miami police officers responded to a section of seats in the AmericanAirlines Arena Wednesday night after receiving reports of a belligerent man causing a disturbance, WSVN reports.

According to the arrest report, officers asked 23-year-old Adrain Mato to calm down and stop yelling, but said he refused to comply with their commands. The report said he had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and was slurring his speech.

When police told Mato they were going to escort him out of the arena, they said he became louder and took a fighting stance.

Video showed two officers grabbing the man to walk him out, only for all three men to tumble down several rows of seats after Mato attempted to free himself from their grasp.

The arrest report said Mato continued attempting to fight the officers after the fall and tried to swing at one officer with a closed fist. He then elbowed another officer in the stomach.

Once under arrest, police said Mato continued acting violently, kicking his feet at the officers. Miami police said Mato ultimately had to be carried out of the building.

In his appearance before a judge, Mato reportedly told the court he was visiting Florida on vacation and is supposed to leave on Sunday.

Mato was charged with battery on a police officer, resisting an officer with violence, disorderly conduct and disorderly intoxication. He is being held on $5,250 bond.
