WATCH: Busch Gardens' employee proposed to girlfriend

TAMPA, Fla. - The most entertaining part of a Busch Gardens performance when an employee became engaged.

Dontell Young, is a technician for the ‘Turn It Up’ ice skating show at the Tampa Bay theme park. His girlfriend, Sharnell, was in the audience, completely unaware of the grand finale.

In video shared by Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Dontell is nervously behind the scenes, as his coworkers gives him high fives and hugs before he pops the question.

After the performance, Dontell appears on stage, and asks Sharnel to join him.

“I really love you so much,” he says to her. “And the only way to cherish my love for you forever is to spend the rest of my life with you.”

The audience was definitely not quiet, as they cheered Dontell on when he got down on one knee.

“Sharnel, will you marry me?”

She said, “Yes!”
