Rescues have been seen across the area of destruction in Texas following Hurricane Harvey, including for stranded horses.

A horse was stuck inside a flooded paddock in Cleveland, Texas, but video captured its rescue.

Water continued to rise throughout the week, but one man on his own horse attempted to pull open the paddock entrance in the high waters. He was successful.

Chance Ward, who posted the video to his Facebook page, runs a feed and tack business. He and his friend helped rescue the trapped animal. He also wrote on his page, “All animals were saved.”
