Westshore Marina District condo project gets underway

TAMPA, Fla. - Construction is now underway on a new condo community within South Tampa’s Westshore Marina District.
Crews have begun work on Marina Pointe, the district's first luxury condominium tower, marina, and retail center.
The 52-acre property is right next to the Gandy Bridge.
The goal is to transform the South Tampa waterfront.
