PORT RICHEY (FOX 13) - Marissa Mowry was back in court Thursday to face more charges after first being charged with the rape of an 11-year-old boy, resulting in a child whose custody is now in question.
"Four counts capital sexual battery and 11 counts of felony sexual battery," read Judge Kimberly Fernandez.
Mowry was wearing a green safety smock usually worn by inmates on suicide watch. Her baby, fathered by her alleged victim, is now 3-years-old. He may grow up never knowing his mother.
Sources say Mowry was a live-in nanny for the victim's family. During that time, detectives say she betrayed the family's trust and began molesting the 11-year-old boy she babysat.

The abuse allegedly continued for three years until the boy revealed his secret to his mother earlier this year and she called the Hillsborough Sheriff's Office.
Attorney Anthony Rickman says investigations are diving into Mowry's past, looking for other possible victims.
"They would look at this case to see if she had access to children what other children she had contact with," said Rickman.
And it looks like there could be a second victim. FOX 13 has learned Marissa Mowry has a second child. Court records show the father was as young as 16 when the child was conceived and a paternity test confirmed he is likely the father.
Now he's 19 and he's fighting for joint custody, but Marissa Mowry is fighting him, saying in court documents, "he has barely been a part of his life since birth. I don't know how his housing and transportation is."
The custody case is ongoing.
Meanwhile, Mowry sits in jail with a high bond on child sex charges involving one victim. FOX 13 contacted the Pasco County Sheriff's Office to ask if they were investigating the father of the second child as a possible victim.
A spokesperson said they would look into it and get back to us.
