State to seek death penalty in Seminole Heights murders

State Attorney Andrew Warren revealed on Tuesday that he plans to pursue the death penalty against 24-year-old Howell Donaldson, III, a man accused of murdering four innocent people in southeast Seminole Heights in late 2017.

Accused killer's parents 'heartbroken' for victims' families and their son

Howell "Trai" Donaldson III's mother and father say they are heartbroken.  In statements given exclusively to FOX 13 News, Rosita Donaldson and Howell Donaldson, Jr. were despondent over the losses being felt across their own family -- as well as the families of those their son is accused of killing. 

Seminole Heights murder suspect may face death penalty

If Howell 'Trai' Donaldson, III is convicted of murdering four people in the Seminole Heights neighborhood, Hillsborough County State Attorney Andrew Warren said he will consider sentencing him to the death penalty.
