A new Clearwater police officer is following in his mother's footsteps. Officer Will Spelman was sworn in this morning, and his mom, 26-year veteran Lt. Laura Spelman, was there to pin on his badge. "When Will was 5, he dreamed of becoming a police officer; today that vision became a reality."
