In addition to Lee, Weber is watching Invest 96 working its way off the coast of Africa, and he is also monitoring the remnants of Hurricane Franklin, which may try to re-establish itself. Weber expects Tropical Storm Lee to reach hurricane strength soon and strengthen as it moves over warm water in the Atlantic.
