St. Pete police: Deadly bicyclist vs. scooter crash was preventable

St. Pete police said a wreck last week led to the death of a 77-year-old woman. A man on a scooter crashed into her while she was on a bicycle, heading to Publix. They arrested him for manslaughter, saying he admitted he didn't try to swerve out of her way.
