Mother wants answers after girl handcuffed at school

Protect Our Public Schools (POPS) Manasota is calling for an independent investigation after a 12-year-old girl was handcuffed and arrested at the Palm View K-8 School in Manatee County by a school district employee and a sheriff’s deputy.
