Full press conference: Clearwater authorities identify construction worker killed in garage stairwell collapse

Clearwater police identified the construction worker killed in Monday's garage stairwell collapse as 23-year-old Mitchel Klock, who owned his own welding service. He had just gotten married earlier this year, the police chief said.
