Tampa Bay Reads: Author tells story of famous designs

Designer Ann Lowe is a longtime Tampa-area resident and is now the subject of a book by Piper Huguley called “By Her Own Design,” a fiction novel based on the real woman who designed Jackie O's wedding gown.
