So far, Hurricane Ian has racked up more than $60 billion in damages. For some, it's been tough to pay their home insurance deductibles. Over the weekend, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis announced the state will issue $5 million to help homeowners in six of the hardest-hit counties.
