Tropical Storm Nicole moves across Bay Area
It's a 'long, wet and windy morning' here in the Bay Area, as described by FOX 13's meteorologist Dave Osterberg. He said the area is still on target for up to four inches of rain due to Tropical Storm Nicole and the tropical storm-force winds will be arrive throughout most of the day before those wind speeds gradually begin to drop. The system is continuing to move northwest after making landfall on the east coast of Florida around 3 a.m.
