Keene interview: Accused killer says brother to blame

In a 13-minute interview with investigators, Timmy Keene said he killed his mother because she gave preferential treatment to his brother. Keene told investigators mom had cut him out of the will and he'd had enough. The interview was recorded in December 2020 and played in a Tampa courtroom for the jury on February 15, 2023.
