Judge says Mikese Morse can transfer to residential treatment facility

During a virtual court hearing on Thursday, Tampa Judge Mark Kiser told Morse he would be leaving the state hospital and going to a less restrictive residential treatment facility. Morse's family was not completely happy with the decision since his movements will be supervised by staff.
