Tropical Storm Cindy remnants may try to regenerate

FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber is watching an area of dry air coming off the coast of Africa because he says the remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy may try to regenerate as it makes its way north. Weber says it is too soon to tell if we will see a Cindy part two, but it has a 30% chance of developing over the next week.
